Governor Pawlenty's 2010 Supplemental Budget Recommendation proposes cutting all operations funding for the MN Film & TV Board

Update: March 15, 2010 - Both the House and the Senate have appropriated funds for the Minnesota Film & TV Board in their budget proposals, which is a positive development for the film industry and MFTVB. The suggested cuts to our operating budget by both the House and the Senate reflect a 3-6% decrease, which is in line with that of other agencies included in the budget proposals. The budgets now move to conference committee. We greatly appreciate everyone's efforts to write letters, e-mail or call their Legislators. If you work in Minnesota's production industry or your business benefits from this industry being active in our state, make sure your voice is heard.
